About Our CEO

Ms. Afshan Tehseen is an influential and visionary leader with a diverse background, currently serving as the CEO of Human Capital Pakistan and Mentor.com. She has held key positions for various prestigious organizations, including the former Chairperson of the National Commission on the Rights of the Child (NCRC), a former UN staff member, a Training Coach, a Media Analyst, and a motivational speaker. Moreover, Afshan Tehseen has been appointed as a Gender Champion and Honorary Ambassador for various prominent organizations.

Her scope of work extends to electronic media and press, where she is highly sought after as a media analyst, providing insightful commentary on critical prevailing social issues.

Throughout her extensive career spanning over two decades, Afshan Tehseen has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Human Rights and social development. Her particular focus includes championing for child rights, Youth Development, and Women Empowerment through advocating for policy and institutional reforms, and social and behavioral change.
